Q: I’ve Only Received Part Of My Order?
A: If you've ordered more than one item from us, it's possible they may have been shipped separately. If the entire order has not arrived within 7 working days, please let us know and we will look into this for you.
Q: What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
A: We accept the following payment methods: - PayPal - Credit/Debit Card.
Q: How Long Do I Have To Return An Item?
A: If you have any problems with any item/s in your order then you have 60 days to return the item/s in their original packaging. Please contact our friendly customer service team (details can be found on our contact us page) to authorise the return.
Q: When Can I Expect My Order To Arrive?
A: Delivery is estimated to be made within 2-4 working days but please allow a minimum of 7 working days for the item(s) to arrive. Please note weekends and bank holidays are not classed as working days. If you’ve paid for a next day delivery service then you should have received a tracking number.
Q: When Can I Expect A Reply To My E-Mail?
A: Our customers are very important to us and so our aim is to respond to all questions within a maximum of 24 hours but most customers will receive an answer within 6 hours of our customer services team receiving the question.
Q: What Are The Shipping And Handling Charges?
A: Standard shipping and handling is free within the UK. Some parts may be able to be sent by next day delivery if required for an extra fee and will be shown at the checkout if this is possible for the part you’re looking at purchasing.
Q: Can I Cancel My Order?
A: You do have a right to cancel your order, however limitations apply. Please read our Terms & Conditions carefully. This will explain your legal rights. However, in simple talk you can cancel an order with us within 14 days from the date of purchase. All we request is that you let our customer service team know so that correct returns information can be provided, as this may vary between customer requests. If an order has not yet been dispatched and we can process your request in time then we can hold orders and cancel/refund as required.
Q: What Countries Do You Post To?
A: At the moment we can only post orders to the United Kingdom, where postage is free.
Q: Is This Part Suitable For My Vehicle?
A: After checking the item specific details, if they are the same as the one you require these parts will fit just fine. If you do however have an issue with a product for some unknown reason, please contact us and we will look into this, and try and locate you a replacement suitable for your vehicle.
